OWNERSHIP

1. You Own the NFT: Each WWD is an NFT on the Solana blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you fully own the underlying WWD, the Art. The ownership of the NFT is completely secured by the Smart Contract and the Solana network: at no point can we seize, freeze, or otherwise alter the ownership of any WWD.

2. Personal Use: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, WWD grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, as well as any extensions you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (1) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (2) as part of a marketplace that allows the buying and selling of your WWD / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each WWD owner to display the Art for their WWD to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; (3) as part of a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, implication, or participation of your WWD, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies the rights of each WWD owner to display the Art for their WWD to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the WWD leaves the website/application.

3. Commercial Use: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, WWD grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art in its original and unchanged state for commercial purposes ("Commercial Use"). This Commercial Use allows you, for example, to produce and sell merchandise products (such as T-shirts, etc.) displaying copies of the Art in its original form. It is important to note that this license does not allow you to modify, alter, or create derivative works from the original Art.

For clarity, the rights granted in this section allow you to:

1. Own or operate a marketplace that allows the use and sale of WWD in general, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each WWD owner to display the Art for their WWD, ensuring that only the actual owner can display the Art.

2. Own or operate a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, implication, or participation of WWD in general, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies the rights of each WWD owner to display the Art for their WWD. The Art must remain unchanged and no longer visible once the owner of the purchased WWD leaves the website or application.

3. Earn revenue from any of the above activities, provided that the Art used remains in its original and unchanged form.

Any use of the Art outside of these conditions could result in violations of the Terms and could be subject to legal action.
